After more than a week of cool, cloudy weather, conditions are spectacular right now. We are in Misty Fjords at the Punchbowl all by ourselves. We see an occasional seaplane fly by and the darn tour boat that wakes us once or twice a day, but that is it. Unfortunately, we have not seen any bears and fishing was just that - just fishing, no catching. Dave fell asleep on the Stardeck watching the shooting stars and appreciating the awesome, clear, starry night. He woke up around 1:30 and retired inside.
