Jim and Melissa (mostly Jim) made Eggs Benedict for breakfast. Jim’s new trick to make the poached eggs and hold them in an ice water bath and rewarm them works great!
After breakfast we took off for Bedwell Harbor but when we got there it was rough, so we headed back to Saturna Island for the night where it was calmer.
Jim grilled halibut and broccoli for dinner and Melissa made a cranberry quinoa side dish with Margaret’s dried cranberries, and an orange and white wine sauce for the halibut.
